Lopez Island, in Washington State's San Juan Islands, is a great place to come and enjoy an island way of life. Be prepared to wave, because Lopez is the Friendly Isle.   The island is a bicyclist's paradise and a beach combers dream.

Lopez Island is the first stop on the Washington State Ferry from Anacortes.  The island is 15 miles long and 8 miles wide with 2,200 year round residents.  

Kayaking, Cycling, Whale Watching, Hiking, and Fishing.  These adventures await you on Lopez Island, The "Jewel of the San Juan Islands."
